Students are welcome to attend the Baking Industry Exhibition. Groups of students will need to have a lecturer to provide the following information to this address biemarketing@william-reed.co.uk:

Date of attendance

Lecturers need to register themselves as a visitor and the students do not need to register at all. You will be sent badges prior to the Show to distribute to the students. Students visiting independently of the college need to supply the above information to the above email address.
We ask you to bear in mind that BIE is a trade event and exhibitors invest a lot of time and money to attend with the intent of meeting new and existing customers. Please ensure that you follow some simple points to ensure that students are continually welcomed to the Show:
- No under 16s will be admitted in to the Show at all.
- All students should be smartly dressed and wear their badges throughout their visit to the Show. This is a buisiness event so please dress accordingly.
- Student groups are to move around the show in groups of no more than 2 or 3.
- We would ask students not to approach stands if they are very busy, please visit at a later time when they have quietened down.
- Sampling food at the Show - Students are welcome to sample food products at the show, but we ask that students do not clog up these stands. If large groups are proving a problem for exhibitors to talk to potential clients, the students will be asked to move on.
